This song is from the Youth musical called Two Trees. A play about a small town called Bethlehem Texas, where the city Mayor, the Free Thinkers Society, and a small hand full of town citizens debate the right to display Christmas decorations on public property. The decorations stay but the society of free thinkers get to put their own tree up next to the Christmas Tree. They call theirs “The Tree of Knowledge”. When the bible mysteriously appears on the tree and can't be removed, things heat up in city hall until one person realizes the real source of resistance and anger towards the public celebration of Christmas. - YOUTH MUSICAL / ©2010 Kneebendingmusic.com
